Checking and coding Purchase Orders Processing expenses Supplier statement reconciliations Preparing payment runs for approval Handling supplier queries Processing company invoices Checking and processing expenses and credit card claims Managing the AP inbox Assist the general office as required Successful candidates are: Immediately available Confident using a variety of ERP systems At least 2-3 years of experience
