Our client is a well established multinational PE backed business in South Hertfordshire. One of the largest companies of it's kind, they have built up a strong industry reputation over many years and are currently embarking on a strategic program across the group to tighten controls and increase business output. Highly entrepreneurial, this multi-million turnover business require a Financial Controller to become a key decision maker and contribute to strategic initiatives, challenge and improve decision making and develop management information, reporting, analysis and controls across the regions. Based in their UK office, the role will support a 3 key businesses in all aspects of financial reporting and accounting matters and will include the supervision of a finance team, cash management and projects. The client requires a qualified accountant, ideally ACA (although other qualifications will be considered) with a number of years post qualified experience ideally gained within a growing corporate business at Senior Manager / Controller level. Exposure to group consolidations, transfer pricing is ideal.
