Responsibilities:
Reviewing expense claims against Expense Policy, setting up bank payments and dealing with expense queries Maintenance of the current expenses software and leading the migration to a new system. Review and work on updating the current Expense Policy Monthly posting, allocation and reconciliation of company credit cards and international expenses Complete the dedicated Month End tasks within the deadlines and assist team with any Balance Sheet reconciliations Support the team: processing purchase invoices, reconciling supplier statements, cost reports for various departments Liaising with freelancers, suppliers and employees in order to resolve any queries. Support the team with migration to SAP and any Year End tasks Ad hoc projects and driving improvements in business processes. To be considered: Strong academic background Strong experience working in a similar role and willing to extend their knowledge Proactive nature and willingness to suggest new ways of working and new ideas to make the job more efficient. Willingness to work with non-Financial staff, be able to explain accounting processes Ability to work on your own, using initiative, diligence, honesty and attention to detail. Experience working under pressure with tight deadlines, ability to prioritise own workload and work within a changing and growing company environment. Great communication skills and team player attitude. Willingness to learn and being ready to step into new areas of responsibility as and when these arise.
