Finance Directors , an exciting opportunity has arisen at a leading London University . Morgan Hunt are recruiting for a Financial Services Director for a London based University . This role will manage the universities shared services function and a team of 5 . If you are a Qualified Accountant who has managed a shared service function or managed a finance transformation project - leading to the implementation of a shared service function then please apply now. You will be a key member of the senior leadership team and be accountable for leading all the Finance Service teams. Main

responsibilities:
Lead and manage the Financial Service Teams at the University Identify and implement changes in the financial process and controls Support the integration of new processes into the shared services function Optimise and develop systems to improve efficiency Support all external audit requirements Person Specification (Essential): ACA or CIMA or ACCA Qualified Shared Services Background/Environment Strong experience of managing large finance teams and leadership Experience of managing change or transformation in Finance Experience in identifying and implementing new processes in Finance If this is you, please get in touch - this is a fantastic opportunity in a leading London University.
