Finance Analyst Based in Hatfield, Hertfordshire, our client is the largest independent provider within their field and are growing substantially on an international scale. We are helping them to recruit an ACCA/CIMA part qualified Finance Analyst on a permanent basis, reporting into the FP&A Manager. This job would suit an individual with 2-5 years' experience who is ambitious to progress and develop within an FP&A environment who has a fundamental understanding within month end accounting with an analytical mind set and good Excel skills. You will demonstrate a high level of academic success along with excellent numeracy and literacy, with the ability to confidently liaise with all levels of management and non-finance. The company have undertaken some significant acquisitions over the last 12 months and therefore it has opened up the need for an additional head to join the FP&A team and look after a specific entity and add value through analysing variances to actuals and controlling the budgetary process. The successful individual will be a self-starter and have an ambition to progress their career further within financial analysis.
