The client are growing at a very fast pace and want someone who can take responsibility for their Direct and Indirect taxation Matters for the UK. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified candidate with extensive Tax experience to add value and progress with a client that offers strong routes to senior leadership positions. An overview of the role is listed below; Responsibilities Completion of the Tax Computation for the company Allocation of theProfits between the Partners for Inclusion in their personal tax returns Preparation of the Self Assessment Tax Returns including liaising with third parties and their agents where necessary. Advice and administration of payments to Inland Revenue to meet taxation liabilities. Calculation of Provisions required for Statutory Accounts of the Partnership and all UK corporate Entities. Identification of tax planning opportunities and identifying most tax efficient methods for claiming reliefAd hoc tax planning as required Qualifications/Education Required Degree level and CTA, ACCA or ACA qualified Background Worked in a professional environment with a range of Tax Clients with both a Partnership and Corporate structure.
