Financial Controller
Salary:
£80,000 - £90,000 Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
Location:
Tunbridge Wells, Kent The Company The company forms part of a wider motor insurance group, they are an award winning, high tech business who are currently providing the most specialised and advanced technology on the market used to help manage driver behaviour. Previous experience of working in a SAAS based or software company is highly desired. The Job Role Ensure timely production of accounts whilst maintaining and improving accounting functions Overview and review of key monthly accounting controls; bank; debtor; creditor; prepayments; and accruals reconciliations Assist in producing regular financial budgets and forecasts, highlighting KPIs Review and interrogate all expenses to ensure they are appropriate and that best value is being achieved Continually improve the financial operating processes and key controls and apply a mix of financial controls to satisfy the key metrics Ad hoc (special project) work on modelling, projections, cash flows, consolidations etc Liaise with external professional advisors and suppliers to gain the most effective advice and service in order to promote the company's growth and profitability.
