Purchase Ledger Clerk / £16,000 - £20,000 / Excellent Benefits / Blackburn / Career Development / Free Parking / Immediate Start Available NC Associates are recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join an Industry Leading Organisation based in Blackburn. They are looking for a talented Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their busy and supportive Finance function. As the Purchase Ledger Clerk, you will be reporting into the Management Accountant. Duties include Processing, posting and coding supplier invoices Effectively liaising with multiple stakeholders (internal and external) Investigating and resolving invoice queries in an effective manner. Bank reconciliations Supplier statement reconciliations Assisting with year end process Essential Experience Required To be successful in your application for this role you MUST have the following experience Minimum 12 months experience working in a Purchase Ledger role Managing queries in a busy office environment. Processed invoices in a timely manner Good Microsoft Excel skills. Experience using Sage Excellent communication and problem solving skills. Highly organised with the ability to multi-task.
