• Great perks, strong team culture, room to progress Reporting to the CFO, your key responsibilities will include:
• Preparation and timely reporting of annual budgets and quarterly reforecasts;
• Quarterly flash reporting;
• Client profitability analysis;
• Providing commercial support to the CFO in areas such as pricing client engagements and contract negotiation, utilisation and overhead rate analysis, supplier negotiations;
• Overseeing the monthly management accounts preparation, ensuring compliance with company deadlines;
• Assisting in the preparation of annual statutory accounts, VAT returns and annual tax computations;
• Ad-hoc analysis to drive revenue growth;
• Management of team of two (qualified level) About you:
• Hard-working, organised and personable
• Ideally ACA or CIMA qualified, 3 yeast post-qualified, with a strong academic track-record
• Advanced Excel knowledge - very familiar and comfortable with pivot tables and standard formulas such as VLOOKUPs, conditional formatting, IF, AND, OR statements etc
• Prior experience of producing end to end management accounts, transaction processing, VAT returns, statutory accounts and UK corporate tax returns
• Prior experience of forecast and budgeting including reporting via a consolidation system such as Hyperion
• Prior commercial experience with respect to utilisation, pricing and overhead analysis and general collaborating with management teams.
