Commercial Finance Manager | Private Equity Backed Tech Business |London The Client We are pleased to be working with a high-growth, private-equity backed tech business. This innovative business operates in 12 different countries, providing smart technology and software in order to pave access to renewable energy. They have a fast-paced environment full of driven and passionate people, and you would be managed by an impressive Head of Finance Having recently secured private equity investment, they are growing incredibly quickly with Revenue reaching £15 million this year. The next two years project growth to £50m. This is a chance to join a business that has a social slant looking to improve the use and access to renewable energy and have a positive impact on climate change and the lives of those in the countries that they operate. The Role They are hiring a Commercial Finance Manager to provide high level commercial support to the business as pursue ambitious international expansion. This offers extensive exposure to multiple areas of the business and the leadership team. The Role: Partnering with Leadership, engineering and sales teams providing insightful decision support Support the production of forecasting, planning, analysis and budgeting Improve and build financial models Analysis of commercial contracts Support strategic planning around market entry and expansion Produce and present financial data to PE investors and senior stakeholders Liaise closely with other areas of Finance driving internal process improvement as the business scales Assist with Financial Control team with the analysis of monthly and yearly accounts Required Experience Qualified ACA/ ACCA/ CIMA Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment Excellent communicator Ability to engage with Senior stakeholders Excellent Excel Modelling experience Enthusiastic, highly motivated and ambitious Desired Experience Experience in transaction services, M&A (mergers & acquisitions) or Corporate Finance at a Practice firm is preferred Previous Experience as a Commercial Finance Analyst or Manager Start-Up experience
