This is a fabulous opportunity to work for a small family run business. No accounts experience required for this role. You'll need to be accurate, have heaps of common sense and have a willingness to learn with excellent communication skills (written and spoken). You'll be responsible for issuing customer invoicing through to cash collection, processing of vendor invoices and preparing for payment runs, reconciliation of supplier and customer accounts, ensuring excellence in execution of primary tasks. You will demonstrate a mature and organised approach to work within defined processes and carry out the tasks required of you. Main duties - answering the telephone and taking a clear and detailed information when message taking - sales ledger - purchase ledger - reconciling customer accounts - building strong supplier / customer relationships to ensure good working practices Previous accounts experience advantageous but not essential.
