Interim Group Financial Controller 3 - 6 months (temp to perm opportunity) £500 - £750 per day Central London My client is a high growth and acquisitive private equity-backed international web hosting business that offers services across the SME market . Established in 2013 , they have since acquired over 130 ,000 accounts covering 3 continents and have secured c. £20m in 3 funding rounds. I am looking for a hands-on, process driven, pragmatic and technical Group Financial Controller to support their ambitious growth plans and prep the business for sale which is anticipated in 6-9 months . Working alongside the Group COO, as GFC you will play a key role in developing a small central finance team that can support rapid international growth, establishing best practice across the finance function and focusing on all systems, controls and processes that provide accurate, timely data and reporting. You will be tasked with managing the statutory reporting including audit / compliance / tax and treasury including all bank modelling and covenant forecasting. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead and support the global expansion .
