We have an exciting opportunity to join a global leader within the hospitality sector, who has received multiple awards for being a great place to work. You will be based in the Bracknell office and will be working in a team of 8. The role: Build on deep Revenue Accounting process knowledge & business accounting experience to lead the Operations Finance efforts to optimise the performance of the Revenue Accounting model Manage a team of Specialist SME's Use RCA (Root Cause Analysis) tools and trend analysis to identify fixes and improvements in processes to reduce and/ or remove exception-handling by the hotel teams in the functional Tower Develop exception reporting models in conjunction with CoE in order to provide meaningful decision-making tools for Business Operations Act as the point of escalation for unresolved queries by the business Operations teams Ensure Hotel Operations comply with all RA revenue & payments procedures Deliver training to Hotel Operations teams in the RA processes. This may involve refresher/ new starter training, and also training process changes The role will require UK travel Embed Process Improvement mind-set into the daily routine of the team Work with CoE team to monitor KPI dashboards to identify issues and allow progress to be monitored.
