The Role An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our fast-paced Commercial Finance team as a Finance Business Partner in our North East region. The ideal candidate should be qualified ACA / CIMA / ACCA with 5 years or more post qualification experience, commercially focussed, and have a track record evidencing added value through their commercial business partnering. The candidate should also be reliable, committed, conscientious, highly motivated and passionate to add value through their role. The role will form a key part of the regional leadership team, supporting the Director of Region and a team of Area Development Managers in the implementation and delivery of regional budget targets and growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience of delivering high quality, focused business analysis, and the ability to provide both challenge and support as a sounding board to the operational teams. The successful candidate will also be able to contribute to improving the Commercial Finance team, including the impact of the team across the business and our overall ways of working. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to commercially shape the growth of the region at what is an exciting time for the business, whilst ensuring that costs are robustly controlled, and to build excellent working relationships across extensive operational teams and support functions.
