We are looking for an experienced finance business partner to work in an interesting division of this large organisation. Immediate start. The Role: This role is responsible for partnering a specific business area, ensuring the best commercial decisions are made to maximise value for the business, whilst maintaining the core functionality of ensuring integrity of results Key

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the strategic and commercial development and deployment through identifying and delivering the strategic milestones
• Contribute to the achievement of the objectives by providing sound advice and guidance on financial processes & strategy
• Support the business Director and Managers in the preparation of budgets and financial reports, this includes managing and developing the monitoring and reporting of financial performance throughout the year, ensuring that this is supplemented through the provision of analysis and insight
• To ensure the business area meets its financial and legal responsibilities
• Take part in Risk Management Monitoring as and when required
• Work with the wider Finance team to ensure internal and external audits are completed and actions for the business area are noted and actioned
• Work with the wider Finance team continuously improve the systems and policies in the team to ensure waste is minimised and value to the business is optimised Key Behaviours:

• Accountancy Qualification (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) is essential
• Must have a complete working knowledge of Microsoft Office Professional
• Knowledge of ERP operating systems - Microsoft AX would be beneficial
