As Finance Business Partner you'll be presenting the board pack, you'll be responsible for understanding exactly how the business is performing and why. It will be therefore beneficial if you have had similar experience, this is a great opportunity for you to showcase your ability to get into the detail. Role As the Finance Business Partner you will be reporting into the Regional Finance Director and responsible for: Understand what underlies the numbers reported in each P&L line. Prepare commentaries and key ratio calculation Drive process changes in the Finance area to ensure the provision of timely and relevant information to key business owners. Work closely with operations management team and business partner Preparation of annual budget in conjunction with management team. Driving improvements across the site, adding value where possible and supporting the operations management team - i.e. business partnering. Profile We are looking for a part qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) who has strong commercial acumen, you'll ideally come from a background in management accounts with an eye for variance analysis.
