We are currently recruiting for a Finance Analyst to join a leading Manufacturer and Distribution company based just outside of the City Centre. The successful candidate will be working full time within a large dynamic finance team, on a permanent basis. Within this role, you will be reporting to the Management Accountant and working within a strong team of 2. The successful candidate will ideally have an understanding and a particular interest in the more commercial aspects of finance and the impact finance has on the wider business. Main Duties: Production of monthly KPI' reports senior management. Liaising with each depot operational team to ensure timely and accurate collation of monthly data Development of new weekly/monthly reports from current systems to aid month end processes and provide commercial insight Compiling monthly commission invoices in line with commercial contracts Supporting the monthly forecasting and budgeting Supporting the Management Accountant in the monthly and the detailed quarterly Work in Progress review process. Perform client profitability reviews identifying any under- performing contracts Investigate commission invoice queries Key Skills: Attention to Detail An inquisitive, pro-active, problem solver Good Time Management and communication skills Good Customer service skills Good use of Microsoft Excel Good team work skills Ideal candidates will need to have at least one year experience in a finance role and be able to handle their own work load.
