Butler Rose are pleased to be working on an Assistant Accountant role in North Devon. Your new business is a global manufacturer and offers an excellent career path alongside good perks. This role is available immediately and is offered on an initial 10 month contract with a view to being made permanent for the right person. This role will entail the following: Compiling date and preparing journal entries for month end accruals Assisting your manager in special projects Providing monthly reports on actual vs budget and forecast to an external team Assist in the forecasting process, including budget and quarterly flexes To undertake monthly balance sheet reconciliations Assist with statutory accounts preparation Ensuring high levels of compliance are metThis role will suit a candidate with a driven attitude, strong time management skills with experience of working within accounts already.
