Finance Manager Based: Bury/Radcliffe area

Salary:
up to £30k dependent on experience. Role is full time 9-5pm but reduced hours may be considered Our client is a fantastic, expanding manufacturing company based in the heart of Bury. Having gone from strength to strength since being established over 12 years ago they continue to produce exciting products for a range of large retail establishments Due to growth they are looking to employ a Finance Manager to work on-site. You will be fully responsible for all accounting activities alongside assisting the Directors with various admin duties This role will sit in a small office of 3 people so you must be self-motivated and experienced to hit the ground running Role: Preparing and reviewing monthly management accounts Creating and maintaining cash flow forecasts Daily invoicing, managing creditor invoices and payments Preparing and processing payment runs Entering bank transactions and reconciling to the banks Reconciling multiple bank accounts in various currencies Managing invoice factoring and discounting facilities Entering payroll journals and reconciling control accounts Preparing checking and submitting VAT returns Creating and developing accounting processes internally Liaising with external Accountant regarding year-end and audit annually Assisting with ad-hoc administrative duties for the Director Experience: Producing full Management Accounts is essential AAT qualified or QBE Knowledge of SAGE - desirable Methodical, accurate and organised with high attention to detail Self-motivated and experienced.
