Our Twickenham based client is currently looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their team. Working within the Accounts department and closely with the Management Accountant and Sales team to ensure new customers and suppliers accounts are accurately recorded and reconciled. You would be responsible for: - Processing invoices - Reconciling all accounts - Assisting with uploading weekly payment runs - Assisting Accounts Receivable chasing overdue debts The chosen candidate must have experience in a similar role and have dealt with a high volume of transactions. You would need to be highly organised and able to work in a fast paced environment. You would need to have strong Excel experience and be able to use V Lookups and sumifs. Sage 300 experience and dealing with multi-currencies would be an advantage but not essential. As well as offering a competitive salary they have a large benefits package.
