Reporting to the Finance Manager you will be responsible for: Management and maintenance of an organised ledger, as well as purchase order systems and reconciling banks. Coding and sorting purchase invoices, posting bank payments and liaising with clients regarding payment dates. Distributing purchase order numbers, ensuring correct authorisation and maintenance of the purchase order schedule. Inputting sales invoices and allocating received payments. The company deals with high volumes of transactional work; therefore, you must be able to process large volumes accurately and efficiently.
