We are currently looking to recruit for a Head of Financial Reporting to join our international client with a global presence on interim bases: Purpose of this role: Lead the Financial Accounting & Control Team in the delivery of a robust, proactive financial information and control service. Accounting activity Management of the Financial Accounts team Lead for the month-end close process Responsibility for Fixed Asset function Control activity Ensuring action plans are completed across the other support functions Key point of contact for half year and year end external audit Reporting activity Deliver & enhance regular cashflow & working capital reporting on a regular and timely basis Accountability for delivery of statutory reporting Lead & support a platform around Change within F&A Develop a framework to support the change agenda across the F&A landscape Staff Management Provide day to day leadership of the Financial Accounting & Reporting team Ensure a team ethic is developed across the team & regular communication updates Stakeholder Management Attend formal business performance reviews with Executives & senior stakeholders Support stakeholder communication & employee engagement across F&A Develop key relationships with Procurement & key vendors
