A rapidly growing, acquisitive Practice operating in the Thames Valley area have engaged Venture Recruitment on an exclusive basis in their search for a Tax Manager. The largest client in their portfolio is c. £80/m turnover with their main focus being towards SME's and Owner Managed Businesses. This particular office is one of the most profitable in the company portfolio and the organisation as whole are placing a great deal of investment in to the Thames Valley region. This is a Mixed Tax role where you will support the Regional Tax Partner and be given the opportunity to own and manage a portfolio. There are excellent opportunities for career progression and development within this office and the wider group of companies. You might be working for a Big 4 or Top 10 Practice looking to gain ownership of a portfolio and exposure to a more varied client base. Alternatively, you could be working for a General Practice where opportunities for career progression and development may be difficult.
