A Housing Association based in Colchester, Essex is seeking an Accounts Assistant to join their Finance team. The role itself: Support the finance team in provide accurate financial information Record rent reviews into the housing software Update tenant details with rent charges Assist with direct debit amendments Process rent and service charge receipts Ensure rent payment cards are issues to all new tenants General office duties including scanning and filling The ideal candidate must have: Ideally worked within housing before Have an understanding rents and service charges Excellent numerical skills Good IT skills including Excel Excellent time management and organisational skills Please be advised that this is initially a 3 month temporary position which will then lead to a permanent role.
