A central London based University are currently recruiting an Interim Head of Finance Business Partnering for 6-9 months to help the finance team during a time of restructure and transformational improvement. Managing a team of 5 staff, you will be a key member of the senior finance team and will help to deliver on transformational projects as well as business as usual duties for the business partnering function. Your role will include (though may not be limited to) the following:Day to day management of the financial management and business partnering function for the university Developing close working relationships with key senior (non-finance) stakeholders to deliver on budgets and ad hoc projectsWorking closely with the Finance Director on the development of the university's overall financial strategyDevelop and enhance protocols and guidance for good quality business partnering across the organisation Produce and present key financial analysis to senior management team members on key projects and programmes for the university This role will suit a hands-on and personable individual, with a significant amount of finance business partnering experience ideally within the higher education sector. You will be CCAB qualified or equivalent with at least 5 years post-qualified experience.
