The role is paying a salary of £20,000 - £22,000 including an excellent benefits package. The Company The company are a highly professional outfit, who are a UK leader in their respective field. They are looking to bring a talented and bright individual into their lean finance function, who is keen to develop their skills and add value. The Role The role of Finance Assistant will report into the Finance Manager, with a dotted line to the Head of Finance. The role will require the successful individual to manage the purchase and sales ledger function; as well as being involved with bank reconciliations and other ad hoc finance related tasks in support of the Finance Manager. On Offer The role of Finance Assistant will offer a salary of £20,000 - £22,000 including an excellent benefits package. The office has parking on site and is easily accessible via public transport. You will be involved in but not limited to the following duties: Report into the Finance Manager Processing purchase invoices Supplier statement reconciliations Handling supplier queries and issues Raising invoices and allocating cash Credit Control Bank reconciliations Provide ad hoc support to the finance team To be considered for the position you must: Have a minimum of a years' experience of working in a finance role Have experience of operating accounting and/or ERP software (desirable) Have excellent attention to detail and numeracy skills Have good knowledge of MS Office Excel skills If you are interested in the above position, please get in touch with Jack Ramage for a private and confidential discussion.
