What you need to be successful Some Purchase Ledger/Accounts Payable experience will allow you to successfully complete a hand over and have the ability to add value in this role quickly. Your verbal and written communication skills will allow you to confidently deal with colleagues from all levels of the company. Excel experience will be valuable in this role as will any knowledge from an Accountancy degree or any study you have undertaken.
