AVP, Project Management and Customer Experience - ( 18000599 ) Job Descriptions As a PMO role in Mobile Banking initiative, execute project management for mobile banking initiative encompassing strategy executions, governance, and day-to-day PMO coordination with different units across the bank Prepare project kick-off, initial strategy document for mobile banking, Governance set-up (project plan, periodical governance meetings with working team and Project Steering Committee). This includes arranging meeting logistics meeting room reservations, arranging invitations, preparing slides, preparing minutes, etc Monitor Approval documentation for regulators approval and internal approval document Coordinate preparation of SOP impacted by launch of mobile banking Coordinate IBG-Credit employee journey, coordinating action items to improve end-to-end credit processes Drive unit participation in journey initiatives in bank-wide, including journey progress tracking and workshop implementation in Indonesia. Preparation and coordination of other matters, including UR prioritization related to system development, FATCA reporting through regulator, and preparation of management presentation slides as required (ad-hoc) Requirements Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent. At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
