• Managing direct tax client engagements
• Technical competence in Direct Tax
• Take responsibility to undertake all assigned direct tax compliances (e.g. preparation and filing of income tax return, withholding tax returns, assessments, documentations, issuance of 15CB certificate, etc
• Assist in preparing submissions for assessment/appeal and to attend assessment /appeal hearings before tax/appellate authorities
• Assist in preparing written opinion on direct tax matters including transfer pricing and international tax matters
• Coordination with external counsels for tribunal or high court matter as and when necessary Candidate must have minimum 2-3 years of experience in Direct Tax The candidate should have good understanding of the Income Tax Law and International tax Experience in undertaking Income tax compliance, litigation support and advisory Skills: Direct Tax,Direct Taxation,Direct Taxes,Transfer Pricing,Income Tax Law and International tax Experience: 2-4 Years Education: Chartered Accountancy (C.A)
