Key Responsibilities Work with stakeholders including Group OR in ensuring accurate data is collated and reported Manage a portfolio of data collation and developing controls in the reporting processes Strong drive to interpret data and challenge where required which leads to understanding the process more end to end and add value to the process Develop deep understanding of the ORF process from a stake holder perspective Continuously look for opportunities in enhancing the data analysis and reporting capability with a keen focus on controls in the process Manage the ORF reporting capabilities (EORP etc) Work with various individuals both at the stake holders end and Group OR to have a complete understanding and provide solution Own the data integrity both in the collating and reporting the information for FORC meetings. Follow through where applicable to closure independently Operate independently to own solution and drive closure with minimal support Active participation into any strategic solution to enhance the process Support key project work for the team and taking lead on parts of the project Qualifications, experience and skill-set Finance Post Graduate / ACA / ICWA / Similar. 5 years experience in Risk / Finance / Operations / Audit. Strong analytical skills and results oriented. Capable of driving initiatives independently with minimum oversight. Strong communication, influencing, teamwork and interpersonal skills.
