Description

As a Payroll Advisor based from the Farnborough, Hampshire office you will be responsible for

  • Processing allocated client payrolls from start to finish
  • To own, take responsibility and be accountable for an allocation of clients ensuring service excellence at all times ' ensuring accuracy and on time service delivery.
  • To be a dedicated point of contact for a client providing clients and colleagues with support on payroll queries
  • To deliver excellent service to clients, possessing the required payroll knowledge to fully support them.
  • To be a 'go to' subject matter expert for specific payroll advice and guidance.
  • To communicate with clients in a professional, effective, polite manner and resolve any queries in a timely manner.
  • Complete Clients' payroll instructions in the appropriate priority order, taking into account special instructions agreed with the client.
  • Be a team and department contact / resource for knowledge in SMP, Pensions, and complex payroll issues.

Profile

  • Experience in end to end payroll
  • Manual Calculations experience highly desirable
  • Strong Payroll and Pension Legislation knowledge
  • Enthusiastic with a 'can do' attitude and ability to take on new responsibilities and develop skills
  • Strong team player
  • Work well under pressure
  • Confidence to cope with a fast-paced and fast-changing environment
  • Ability to work to deadlines
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
