Primary Responsibilities Principle responsibilities include, but are not limited to Partner with the commercial business/platforms head and support FP&A team lead on the execution of business strategies; providing financial analytics support as necessary for key business decisions. Create, implement, communicate, and lead in the financial planning & analysis and presentation of monthly/quarterly business financial results as well as Quarterly Forecasts and annual OP. Provide financial leadership on special projects and business development activities supporting commercial/platforms strategic initiatives. Implement processes across the organization to prepare, review monthly financial results and perform analysis of financial operating statements, including comparison with budget, prior year and forecast Liaise with PGS/GSC on developing supply and out of stock related reporting processes Assist GCR FP&A Lead in managing Enabling Finance Function Budget and DSO budget via establishing reporting timelines, calendars, deliverables for monthly, forecast and OP reporting. Operating Plan (OP) / Latest Estimate (LE) Responsible for the development of cohesive financial messaging/commentary for the OP/LE Partner with the Commercial, Platforms, PGS/GSC, Enabling Functions teams to understand the business and its key drivers in order to define the requirements and facilitate the consolidation of the OP/LE Create and provide guidance and direct the consolidation of proposals and the preparation of the associated presentations to senior management Provide oversight to commercial teams on preparation of detailed analyses in support of annual OP/LE Management Reporting Create and oversee processes to review and analyze monthly financial results Create and oversee the preparation and analysis of financial forecasts, ensuring accuracy and timely submissions to Pfizer Corporate Work with Decision Support Center of Excellence (DS CoE) and BFC (Business Finance Center) in creating and defining management reporting requirements for Actuals, LE and OP ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS Provide the primary groups or key positions that this position will have interaction with as a regular part of the position responsibilities.
