We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Financial Analyst for our FP&A Centre of Excellence (CoE) in Bangalore office, who will primarily focus on planning, reporting and analysis of bookings, revenue, operating/capital expense and headcount in a fast paced and Cross functional environment. Key Responsibilities Own and manage deliverables through the monthly accounting close, quarter forecasting and annual planning processes, in a timely and insightful manner Develop, deliver and analyze weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting, KPIs and dashboards Standardize processes and develop SOPs Develop and implement financial trend reports to identify performance issues within the business and risks or opportunities in current financial plan/forecast Support in executing various strategic and tactical initiatives of the FP&A CoE Drive continuous improvement and automation Present analysis / dashboards to senior finance and business leaders Play the role of a functional expert in Oracle, Hyperion and other business reporting tools Collaborate with Business Unit Finance, Corporate FP&A, IT and Sales Operations teams and demonstrate strong internal customer focus Qualification, Professional Experience and Required Skills: A minimum bachelor's degree in Finance & with 3-5 years of FP&A exposure. MBA is a plus but not mandatory. Ability to work cross-functionally, continuously learn, initiative, intelligence, strong attention to detail, and integrity in striving for continuous improvement are essential to the success of this role Superior quantitative and analytical skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal and organizational skills Ability to develop financial and operational models using spreadsheets and database software Willingness to dig deep into details as well as the ability to assess the big picture Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint required.
