The Senior Payroll Bureau Manager will be responsible for the creation, development, overall service delivery and P&L of the client payroll offering. This is a strategic role managing a large payroll team where you will be expected to visit regional offices to assess the quality of the payroll team and deliver training where necessary. Your role will also include the marketing of the business to existing and potential clients. The successful applicant will be CIPP qualified with previous experience of managing a large client payroll services team. You will be used to work engaging at board level with strong financial acumen.
