Finance Business Partner Mitcheldean £45,000 - £50,000 A privately owned, award winning business, with a diverse range of subsidiaries is looking to recruit a Finance Business Partner to lead on all internal reporting and supervise a small team. You will report to the Finance Director, so this role requires a Finance Business Partner with sound commercial awareness and someone who is comfortable working with consolidated accounts. The successful Finance Business Partner will have future opportunities to learn new skills, develop personally within the organisation and have a clear pathway towards Financial Controllership.

Responsibilities:
Full responsibility for all internal financial reporting across all group businesses Ensure the smooth-running of all financial systems, primarily Microsoft Dynamics procedures and controls Design and implement new policies as part of the company's continuous improvement programme Timely and accurate preparation of consolidated group accounts and Board papers Daily cash management and cashflow projections Support the Finance Director with the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts Timely and accurate submission of all external returns and payments Lead the annual external audit during the fieldwork stage Support the Finance Director in delivering continuous business improvement and developing systems Skills/ Experience: Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA or CIMA) Experience of preparing Group consolidated management accounts, including consolidation adjustments Able to prepare analyses and reports, including narrative commentaries, to a professional standard Comfortable with advanced functionality in Excel, including filters, VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables Confident to communicate with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels Benefits: Private healthcare Life Assurance Bonus Scheme If you require any further information please contact Mike Goode on GB Finance is your specialist in Accountancy and Financial Services recruitment.
