A global Film and TV studio is looking for an ambitious Accounts Receivable Assistant join our growing International Distribution and Finance operation in London. The candidate should be passionate about cinema and the business side of the film industry, and keen to play an instrumental part in the next phase of our growth. This is an excellent opportunity to get exposure to assisting with the preparation of statuary accounts and the year-end audit along with as hoc reporting. Key responsibilities
• Being in charge if the Billing
• Revenue recognition
• Year-end audit
• Preparation of statutory accounts
• Variance analysis
• VAT returns
• Reconciliations
• Ad hoc reporting About you
• Strong Excel as its working with spreadsheets
• Analytical skills
• Studying towards a accountancy qualification ACCA/CIMA/ATT
• Theatrical Film/TV Distribution experience
• Worked in a transaction process environment
• Experience working with Excel
• Prior Knowledge of SAP
• Highly numerate, accurate and with excellent attention to detail
