An exciting opportunity has arisen within an award winning consultancy management business for a temporary to permanent Assistant Accountant. The company have established themselves as a high-end, service-driven company, committed to meeting the needs of a diverse marketplace and are continually growing and expanding into new markets. This role is reporting directly into the CFO and needs an individual who will assist with month end duties as well as being hands on with the transactional elements of finance. This role very much needs someone with the mentality of getting things done in order to make the accounting procedures as streamlined as possible across the business. The ideal candidate will be one with experience of Sage Line 50 (this is a must for the role) and you must have assisted with month end. Attention to detail is also highly important. The business is continuously expanding and entering new markets and you will need to be a motivated self-starter within this entrepreneurial organisation to make sure the finance function is always delivering value. Pay - £120 - £150 per day (dependent on experience) Location - Central London Working hours - 9.00am - 6.00pm The Role: Full management of accounts payable and receivable functions Expense and overhead management for the company Assist CFO with month end and other ad hoc accounting projects Jointly work on the year end accounts and related audit preparation New systems testing/preparation Intercompany and multi-currency experience ideal Financial accounting, compliance & audit Next Steps...
