A growing SME on the M65 corridor have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Accountant to join the team. With a competitive package and the ability to work closely and be mentored by the Finance Manager this role will offer exposure in the below areas: Month end preparation and ledger processes Reporting and Analysis Intercompany and multi-currency payments and allocation Ad-hoc projects supporting the Finance Director Weekly Payroll (Not essential) This role will be suited to someone with at least 12 months experience in an Accounts and Finance team, ideally you will be AAT qualified or an Accounts and Finance graduate. You will have a passion for numbers and be keen to progress through the CIMA qualification. With strong IT skills and a pro-active approach the ideal candidate will thrive in the fast paced environment building knowledge and skills alongside your studies.
