£30-35k 8% Pension 5 Weeks Holiday Are you an experienced Practice accountant looking to take the next step in your career? I am currently working with a multiple award-winning accountancy practice to recruit to their ever-growing team. This role can offer a very competitive salary and package with lots of opportunity for progression both financially and professionally. Client Details: This mid-sized Practice provides a wide range of financial, tax and business advice to a diverse top tier client base. They focus on advising owner-managed businesses in a variety of commercial sectors, property clients, wealthy individuals, partnerships, academies, charities, other not-for-profit organisations and other specialist and interesting clients. Description: You will be joining a growing team, with a clear path to progress in your career, with exposure across other discipline areas and wide-ranging project work, providing an excellent opportunity to develop further skills, post qualification, within the profession. Duties will include: Research and analyse financial statements and audit-related issues Produce statutory accounts and draft tax computations Acquire a working knowledge of client businesses Obtain a thorough understanding of HAT methodology Monitor the progress of jobs to ensure that budgets are met Sign off audit sections, address any issues and complete files before passing on to a Manager Proactively interact with key client's management to gather information, resolve problems and make recommendations for business and process improvements. Profile: You will be either ACA or ACCA qualified, with experience auditing and accounting for and across, a broad range of clients, both in size and sector, in general practice or audit as an Audit and Accounts Senior. You will already have experience within an accountancy practice, with experience within firms across any of Top Tier, Mid-Tier, or independent firm background, of any size. You will be looking to build on your existing audit career and progress within a growing, leading firm of chartered accountants.
