Vacancy - Purchase & Sales Ledger Clerk Location - Coatbridge Salary - £20,00- £22, 000 per annum Due to continued growth our client, based in Coatbridge are looking for an experienced Purchase & Sales Ledger Clerk to join their team. The hours of work will be Monday-Friday 9am-5.30pm. The salary will depend on experience however will be in the region of £20,000-£22,000 per annum. The Role - Purchase & Sales Ledger Clerk Managing purchase ledger including costing, scanning and data input to the company accounts package Printing and checking all timesheets, invoices ensuring rates are accurate Reconciliation of Statements CIS (Construction Industry Scheme) and issuing of CIS Certificates to specific Contractors depending on Tax Status, updating and maintaining excel spreadsheets Dealing with sales ledger, produce sales invoices from PO and Timesheets to internal and external clients Tracking all of the above for Contractors and suppliers on Excel spreadsheets which require high accuracy and good excel knowledge. High volume of processing contractor's invoices The successful candidate must have the following - Previous experience working within a similar role is essential Great administration experience Previous experience processing a high volume of invoices Ability to work in a team or work on own incentive Excellent attention to detail, high accuracy Advantaged experience using excel is a must Previous experience working with a Purchase & Sales Ledger role is essential Hard working Reliable If you would like to apply for our Purchase & Sales Ledger Clerk role then please apply by submitting your CV.
