Finance Manager | Nottinghamshire | £31,000 - £40,000 Macildowie is currently working on an exciting Finance Manager opportunity for a large organisation based in Nottinghamshire. They are looking for an individual ideally with experience of charitable donations/ gift aid/ legacy gifts and will likely mean you have had some exposure within a Charity. This Finance Manager role is highly varied alongside the gift management side to it with you being involved with the financial planning and reporting, management accounts and also liaising both internally and externally with senior stake holders. There will also be just 1 Direct Report for this position so extensive management experience isn't required. Finance Manager Key Responsibilities Ensuring Philanthropic income is accurately managed in accordance with SORP and Financial Regulations Providing specialist financial and technical advice on all charitable donations including endowments, legacies, gift aids and gift of shares Preparing Management Accounts and forecasts Providing financial briefings, training and support to directors and budget holders to ensure high quality provision Developing and providing financial reports and recommendations to Senior Management team and Executive management boards Requirements Ideally Qualified or Part Qualified however due to the niche nature of this role qualifications are not essential Substantial experience within a not for profit organisation Benefits Paying from £31,000 - £40,000 Great Pension Equivalent to 40 days of leave (including bank holidays) If you are interested in hearing more about this great Finance Manager opportunity then please get in touch with Peter Newman on .
