The Finance Manager will report into a Group Financial Controller, managing a team of 3 and will support the wider group with process and systems improvements. The Finance Manager will be directly accountable for the following: Oversight of the Group management and Financial reporting Business partnering with wider finance function and finance leadership team Managing and developing a team of 3 Enhancing the forecasting and budgeting tools Leading the profit and loss forecasts and annual plans with analysis and commentary Supporting the business units with day to day accounting queries Fixed asset accounting, ownership of the balance sheet and ledgers for the shared area Supporting IT, HR, Marketing and Fleet departments with accounting matters Getting involved in wider commercial finance matters This is a rare opportunity to join a business with a reputation for valuing its employees and offering exceptional long-term career progression.
