Purchase Ledger Assistant - J1891BB We are seeking a Purchase Ledger Assistant to join our client, based in Bexhill on a full-time permanent basis. Starting salary of £16,500 Monday - Friday (09.00am - 17.00pm) 28 days annual holiday Responsibilities & Duties
• Processing various different types of invoices and journals
• Running monthly payments on the EP system along with the allocation of them
• Preparing ad-Hoc payments
• Uploading payments to Bank Line
• Daily post and email sorting
• Dealing with and contacting 10 parks regarding various queries on a day to day basis
• Contacting suppliers by email and telephone, usually with regard to clarification of payments, statements or queries.
• Assist with ad-hoc tasks as required by the senior finance team Key Skills
• Strong communication skills
• IT confident with strong Excel skills
• Good level of accuracy & attention to detail
• Strong reporting technique
• Strong approach process and procedures
• Team Player
