£40000 - 55000 per annumEmail: duncantaylorjamesresourcing.comRef: DB8 8948 We are looking for a Graduate with at least two years Investment Financial Data Analysis experienceIdeally you will be an analyst with either an Finance Investment Risk, Performance, Asset Allocation, QIR, NAV background at an Investment Bank or Investment Firm. Strong IT Analytical skills are essential with a strong knowledge and experience of managing databases, and experience of Excel, VBA is essential.Key Areas of the position involveMonthly actual and budget operational informationAnnual actual and business plan operational informationMake sure appropriate investment case information are captured correctly in the systeWork with Technology Group to develop new tools to improve the current processesProvide support to deal officers on data management related issuePortfolio and Asset analysis tables and charts are up-to-dateLiaise with various internal stakeholders for example to ensure smooth execution of such projectsMaintain and update the Portfolio spreadsheetIntegrate corporate data from to perform portfolio analysiSupport deal officers during acquisition processes to perform pro-forma portfolio analysisPrepare Portfolio/Asset section of the PMC (Portfolio Management Committee) pacPortfolio and Asset performance reportingQuarterly operational data update with commentariePrepare analysis on portfolio leverage and yield profile and other metrics to be determinePrepare half yearly Deal Expenses reportMaintain a database of fund managers, and key metrics including return benchmarking for similar fund managersAsset Management and ReportingLog quarterly performance data from each fund manager For the fund(s); and for the UPWork with the funds strategy team to review the annual Preqin report and circulate market updatesSupport the funds team by helping to model fund terms on certain fundsLong-term Work with TG to enhance the tracking and logging of data as listed above, and migrate it from Excel to dedicated databases over time
