ACCOUNTS PAYABLE MANAGER WATFORD UP TO £35,000 PA (DOE) Here at Interaction Recruitment, we are delighted to be working with a highly reputable and rapidly growing organisation, who are looking to appoint an Accounts Payable Manager on a full-time, permanent basis. Day-to-day responsibilities will include: Ensuring the accurate and timely processing of invoices PO Maintenance Assisting with the processing, corrections and intercompany journals Processing weekly and monthly payment runs Identifying and resolving account discrepancies Supplier statement reconciliations Maintaining aged creditors on a monthly basis Assisting with month end tasks and reporting - incl accruals, prepayments, intercompany and fixed assets Skills and attributes required: Minimum of 5 years recent accounts payable management experience Minimum of 2 years recent supervisory experience (of 3 direct reports) Confident user of MS Excel (incl V-Lookups & Pivot Tables) Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal Experience of working within a multi-site, fast-growth environment If you believe you have the required skills and attributes, do apply straight away and your application will be considered.
