Our client is seeking an immediately available Accountant to join their highly profitable and market leading business in N ottingham . The business is seeking to recruit on a fixed term contract basis to cover Maternity for six months. The company is based in central Nottingham and provides a friendly and very good working environment. Reporting to the Financial controller duties will include: Month end and quarterly reporting under UK GAAP Preparation of Management accounts Full balance sheet reconciliation Identifying and implementing process improvements To undertake financial due diligence Ad work as required To be successful you will be available to start in November and be a qualified accountant - ACA, ACCA, CIMA. You will have a working knowledge of UK GAAP, coupled with strong analytical skills and have advanced Excel skills.
