The role A division of a PLC construction company based in the city centre. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced accounts assistant to further develop their skills and knowledge by working for a well-established company. The role of the successful Accounts Assistant will cover a range of accounts responsibilities, with the exception of payroll. Responsibilities include: financial accounts to balance sheet accruals, prepayments and journals bank reconciliations and VAT returns end to end purchase ledger processing sales ledger and credit control producing financial reports using Excel Your background The successful candidate will have excellent all-round accounts experience and must be proficient in Excel. Some knowledge of sub-contractor ledger and CIS is preferable but not essential. What is on offer? The working hours are flexible with core working hours 08:30 - 17:00, and 25 days holiday per annum stats.
