Accounts Payable Assistant Sandy £10 - £13 per hour A large business with a reputation for treating their staff well, are looking to recruit an Accounts Payable Assistant on a temporary basis until January 2020. This may lead to something more long-term being offered for the right candidate. You will report to the Finance Manager and take on the following: Control all payments processed, including inputting on to the finance system. Ensure that payment requests are correctly authorised. Liaise with suppliers on invoice related queries and managing multiple email accounts. Support other members of staff on use of purchase ordering systems though helpline services Supplier statement reconciliations. Prepare, process and scan invoices into the document management system.
