Finance Business Partner Enfield £Competitive Car Bonus Excellent Benefits Role Profile Cast UK are working in partnership with Tri-Star Packaging, the UK's leading food-to-go packaging supplier, and sister companies, WK Thomas and London Bio Packaging. Part of Bunzl PLC, who are a FTSE 100 business, the companies are seeing continued growth across their operation by developing existing accounts and by attracting new customers. Due to the continued growth of the business, they are now looking to recruit a high calibre Finance Business Partner with a proven record of working alongside the Senior Management team influencing and shaping financial plans. You will focus on forward looking commercial activity whilst supporting effective financial planning for the Operating Company. You will actively assist the Managing Director, offering effective financial management, control and advisory support, as well as understanding current performance, opportunities and challenges and communicate these with key stakeholders. Key responsibilities will include: Work closely with, and influence, Divisional senior management to help drive business performance Ensure the Operating Company allocates resources effectively with rigorous pressure on costs and a commitment to a value for money approach. Support the Divisional Finance Director in delivering the long-term financial strategy with a focus on driving value and strategic management across all spheres of Operating Company activity Work with the Senior Management Team and Divisional Finance Director to help develop the medium- and long-term business plans including appropriate performance targets and metrics Review financial performance information and plans (prepared by Divisional Management Accounts) including the annual budget, monthly management accounts, to ensure they are robust and accurately reflect business issues Contribute in ensuring fresh ideas and best practices are being brought into Finance and are adopted on a continuous improvement basis to improve service, quality and/or efficiency Provide forward looking insight and challenge, adding value through delivering business and commercial insights, acting as a catalyst for business' change. Work proactively with key business partners and stakeholder to develop successful partnering relationshipsSkills & Experience You will be a proven Finance Professional and must have considerable experience in managing a forever changing finance department, implementing change throughout. You will have experience in championing a business-wide performance culture. You will be able to demonstrate a proven track record in establishing mid and long range objectives for the business and strategies that will achieve those objectives. Ability to develop a plan for Finance team to support the overall Company strategy. You will be able to successfully engage and gain 'buy-in' from all key stakeholders and motivates others in turn, to develop supporting strategies and plans in their specific area of the business. Candidates are sought who are accountancy qualified, either ACA, ACCA or CIMA professionals are sought. This role is a multi-site role including frequent travel to Surrey.
