Purchase Ledger Clerk - North Lincolnshire - £18,000 - £20,000 (FTE) Chase & Holland are working exclusively with a well-established business in their sector who are looking to recruit a dynamic, self-motivated part time Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their friendly finance team for 30 hours per week. This is an exciting opportunity to join a reputational business for an initial 7-8 month contract, and for the right candidate there will be a great chance of a permanent role on offer too. Your key responsibilities as a Purchase Ledger Clerk will include: All aspects of the Purchase Ledger including matching, batching and coding stock invoices manually and through an electronic scanning system Supplier statement reconciliations Bank statement processing Liaising with suppliers and be the first point of contact Query handling, including liaising with sites to chase information and resolve issues Assist with other areas of finance function when required Various ad - hoc duties Requirements: My client is keen to find someone who is: A good team player with ability to build and maintain both colleague and client relations at pace Experienced in a similar in a Purchase Ledger role in a busy environment IT literate including in Excel and ERP systems Excellent at communicating with a variety of clients via the phone Available beginning/mid-November In return you will receive: This role will give you the opportunity to work for a well-known, fast growing business with great benefits.
